Tina has more than twenty-one years of experience with the Community Development Block Grant program. She has prepared several communities for infrastructure improvements including:  Russiaville, Reynolds, Clinton County, Blackford County, Windfall, Carroll County, Clayton, Atlanta, Cass County, Hendricks County, Chalmers, Howard County, Fairmount, Grant County, Marion, Arcadia, Atlanta and Tippecanoe County.

Colleen has more than  nineteen years of experience with the Community Development Block Grant program financial management. She has maintained several financial records and prepared the following communities for a State Board of Account Audit:  
Bunker Hill, Windfall, Cass County, Russiaville, Sandborn, Arcadia, Atlanta, Waynetown, Clinton County, Carroll County, Marion, Clayton, North Manchester, Kempton and Sheridan.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Somer has experience working with the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) through the State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) with funds made available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).  Key responsibilities include completing and reporting labor standards forms, tracking payroll activities on contractors and subcontractors including wage compliance, benefits, apprenticeships and employee interviews.
